short-term debt rating
фин. краткосрочный долговой рейтинг* (рейтинговая система, применяемая компанией "А. М. Бест" при оценке способности эмитента долговых обязательств выполнять свои финансовые обязательства в краткосрочном периоде; шкала, используемая в этой рейтинговой системе, аналогична шкале, используемой компанией при присвоении краткосрочного кредитного рейтинга эмитентов; выделяются следующие рейтинговые категории: AMB-1+ — самый надежный (strongest), AMB-1 — высоконадежный (outstanding), AMB-2 — удовлетворительный (satisfactory), AMB-3 — приемлемый (adequate), AMB-4 — спекулятивный (speculative), d — в состоянии дефолта (in default); рейтинги AMB-1+, AMB-1, AMB-2 и AMB-3 образуют группу рейтингов инвестиционного качества (investment grade), рейтинги AMB-4 и d образуют группу рейтингов неинвестиционного качества (non-investment grade))
